Automations set to run on both People and Contracts can now use the full set of actions
Setting "Runs on" to Both used to collapse the Steps panel to Time Delay and Send Webhook, so a Both automation could not do anything useful. The panel now offers every Person and Contract action, and each one is labelled with the kind of record it acts on.

Automations set to run on both People and Contracts no longer stop at a step that doesn't apply
A workflow that runs on both People and Contracts receives one or the other on each run. A step that could only ever apply to the other kind is now skipped and the run carries on to the end, instead of failing the whole run at that step and locking the record out of the automation.

CSV import: a phone number repeated across phone columns no longer costs the row its address, tags and custom fields
A row that listed the same phone number in Phone and Phone 2 was imported with only its name, email and first phone, and reported as added. The repeat is now ignored and the rest of the row imports. A row that cannot be saved now appears in the error list instead of as a partial add.

Moving a contact to trash (or restoring it) now updates the Deleted Leads list right away, instead of showing the previous list until you reload the page.

Follow Up Boss: relationships come across, including for accounts already connected
The Follow Up Boss integration now brings each contact's relationships over as typed links instead of dropping them, on the first import and on every sync after it. A backfill fills them in for accounts that connected earlier, without redoing the import.
